DevKHub reserves the right to suspend accounts violating terms pending contribute or corrective action.

While DevKHub strives for continuous service availability, temporary interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.

User Conduct Rules

User-Generated Content

When using DevKHub’s platforms for software customization, users may submit content that is subject to specific conditions.

Users retain ownership of original content they provide in the customization process.

Users grant DevKHub a non-exclusive license to use submitted content solely for the purpose of delivering agreed software functionality.

Users bear full responsibility for the legality and appropriateness of the content they submit.

DevKHub reserves the right to remove content that violates terms or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to software developed by DevKHub remain the property of DevKHub unless explicitly transferred.

• Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify proprietary software without authorization.
• Reverse engineering or attempts to extract source code are prohibited.
• Use of software components beyond the scope of the license agreement is not permitted.

Paid Services Terms

Certain custom software services by DevKHub may require fees as detailed in agreements.

Termination of Services
